CUSTOMER REWARDS

Referral and new-user programme

Configure the complete campaign here, then enable it when the offer is ready. Saved values are used for every new registration and referral created while the programme is active.

SESSION SECURITY

Signed-in devices and access

This permanently removes sign-in access, the customer profile, private reports, notifications and chat history. Completed or cancelled orders and financial ledger entries remain available for audit. Accounts with active orders, pending top-ups or outstanding debt cannot be deleted.
